| Canandaigua Lake -This is one of the smaller Finger Lakes that runs from Naples to the city of Canandaigua. It offers excellent small mouth bass fishing in the summer months with fish averaging 3 pounds and many in the 4 pound plus range. | |
| Cayuga Lake - A very long lake that runs from Ithaca to Seneca Falls. The early season small mouth bite here is super in the southern 2/3's of the lake. The fish will average 2 1\2 - 3 pounds. The Northern portion of the lake is much shallower and contains a healthy large mouth population. | |
| Keuka Lake - One of the jewels of the Finger Lakes.. You can not go wrong in choosing this body of water. Keuka offers both superb small mouth and large mouth bass fishing. It has some of the largest bass in the region swimming in it. The fishing picks up in late spring and remains very good throughout the summer months and into the fall. This Lake, also, offers fantastic live bait fishing for small mouths in the summer months. A huge plus when inexperienced anglers or children are involved. | |
| Seneca Lake - The deepest of the Finger Lakes. Seneca is a large lake that runs from Watkins Glen to Geneva. It produces large numbers of small mouth in the summer months, but the fish run somewhat smaller than the bass in the other lakes. Here the average fish weighs around 2 pounds with an occasional 4 pound fish caught. This lake also offers excellent northern pike fishing. | |
| Lamoka and Waneta Lakes - These are two mud lakes that are connected by a canal. They offer good large mouth bass fishing and are exceptional places to take young children for pan fish. | |
